AN ACT relating to school-based decision making councils.
     Amend KRS 160.345 and 160.380 to require school-based decision making council to select school personnel and prohibit undue influence and unethical tactics in selecting personnel; require superintendent to review selection process for fairness and to void the selection if undue influence or unethical tactics are found.
