AN ACT relating to railroads.
     Amend KRS 277.300, relating to notice of a fatal train accident to be given to the railroad commission, to require railroads to provide counseling services and other stress services to members of a train crew within 48 hours of a crew being involved in a fatal accident; require the railroad to relieve the crew members of duty for a minimum of 3 days with pay; require the railroad to provide other support services to the crew members even upon return to work.
