AN ACT relating to retirement.
Amend KRS 61.702 to allow judicial officers participating in one of the retirement systems administered by the Kentucky Retirement Systems to receive the same hospital and health insurance benefits as judges retiring under the Judicial Retirement Plan; amend KRS 61.701 to conform.
