AN ACT relating to education.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158, to permit a student to attend a public school in a district where the child does not reside under certain conditions; require the resident school district to forward the per pupil share of certain tax revenues as tuition; amend KRS 158.280, 157.350, 157.370, and 158.120 to conform.
