HB 815 (BR 1728) - J. Richards

     AN ACT relating to the State Advisory Council for Gifted and Talented Education.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to establish the State Advisory Council for Gifted and Talented Education; and provide that nineteen (19) voting members be appointed by the Governor representing various interests and three (3) non-voting, ex officio members make recommendations to the Kentucky Department of Education, the Kentucky Board of Education, and the Education Professional Standards Board regarding services and programs for gifted and talented students.
