AN ACT relating to prompt payment of contractors on public works.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 337 to require public authorities to pay a public works contractor's bill within 30 working days of receipt of goods, services, or the contractor's invoice, unless the public authority has transmitted a rejection notice to the contractor; amend KRS 337.990 to establish penalties.
