AN ACT relating to judicial retirement.
     Amend KRS 21.400 relating to judicial retirement to establish a Senior Status Program for Special Judges whereby, under certain conditions, retired judges may serve as special judges and receive no compensation other than enhanced retirement benefits; make conforming amendments.
