AN ACT relating to labor disputes.
     Amend KRS 336.130 to prohibit employers from permanently replacing employees who are lawfully participating in a labor dispute as members of a bargaining unit in which a labor organization is a certified exclusive representative or is seeking to be certified; prohibit employers from giving preference to employees who are not members of the bargaining unit over those employees that are members.
