AN ACT relating to gas wells for personal use.
     Amend KRS 353.570 relating to permits for gas and oil wells; waive the fees required by KRS 353.590 (2)(a) and (b) for gas wells for private, non-commercial use; waive the requirements of submitting a plat or bond; prohibit the use of injection techniques.
