AN ACT relating to public roads.
     Amend KRS 178.010, relating to definitions governing county roads, to define "public use road"; prohibit a fiscal court from performing work on or maintaining a public use road; create a new section of KRS Chapter 178, relating to county roads, to prohibit a property owner adjoining a public use road from having their access denied by another property owner along the public use road; amend KRS 178.025, relating to when a road is determined to be established to conform.
