AN ACT relating to teachers.
     Amend KRS 161.790 to provide, notwithstanding provisions of KRS Chapter 13B, that a hearing officer may render a final order on dispositive issues arising from motions made and considered prior to the convening of a teacher tribunal; provide that a tribunal may impose a lesser penalty on a teacher than that imposed by the Superintendent.
