AN ACT relating to county road engineers.
     Amend KRS 179.020 to change the original year of appointment for county road engineers and supervisors from an even-to an odd-numbered year, and require that those employed on the effective date shall continue to serve until the second Tuesday in January of 1999 at which time the position shall reappointed for the term of employment as provided by statute.
