AN ACT relating to volunteer police forces.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 95 to permit cities of the 2nd through 6th classes to create by ordinance a volunteer police force, permit city to regulate and administer the force by ordinance, provide that volunteer police force members shall not be considered city employees, permit members of the force to carry deadly weapons and make arrests only after successful completion of basic training as deemed sufficient by the city.
