AN ACT relating to campaign expenditures.
     Amend KRS 119.205 to require a person who is to be paid by a candidate or committee for transporting voters to the polls on election day to keep a list of all voters transported and to submit that list to the candidate or committee after all voters to be transported by that person have voted, and to require the candidate or committee to pay the person transporting voters only after the list of voters transported has been received, and to retain the lists with the candidate's or committee's campaign finance records for that election.
