AN ACT relating to fiscal court reorganization.
Amend KRS 67.050 to change the number of signatures from 100 legal voters to 25% of those voting in the county at the last presidential election as the number required for a petition to change the form of government for the fiscal court.
HB 84 - AMENDMENTS
HCS/LM - Change from 25% to 15% or 1200 signatures, whichever is less, the number of signatures required to initiate a ballot question relating to the reorganization of the structure of the fiscal court.
