AN ACT relating to domestic violence statistics.
     Create new sections to KRS Chapters 403, 216, 216B, 311, 312, 313, and 314; require that doctors, hospitals, dentists, chiropractors, who treat victims file a report each quarter giving the costs of treatment for victims of violence and domestic violence.
