HB 854 (BR 2616) - A. Simpson

     AN ACT relating to liens.
     Amend KRS 381.770 to include counties within responsibilities of the section and to provide in subsection (5) that if a local government provides notice of a violation of subsections (1),(2) and (3) of the section, and remedies the violation, that the subsequent lien takes precedence over all other liens except for state, county, school board, and city taxes.
