AN ACT relating to school athletics.
Amend KRS 161.180 to require each employee in the public schools to hold students responsible for their conduct; permit a nonfaculty coach or nonfaculty assistant to supervise athletic practice sessions; require a nonfaculty coach or nonfaculty assistant to be a least 21 years of age, not be a violent offender or convicted of a sex crime, and submit to a criminal record check under KRS 160.380; require the coach or assistant to complete training provided by the local school district; amend KRS 160.380 to conform.
