AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages.
     Amend KRS 244.290 and 244.295 to prohibit a premises that sells distilled spirits and wine by the drink from remaining open for business outside the hours of operation even if the stock of alcoholic beverages, the fixtures, and apparatus are locked and closed off, if the same or a similar business is conducted after hours except for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
