AN ACT relating to local government.
     Amend KRS 81A.420 to require cities of the 2nd through 6th classes to hold an election for proposed annexations except as provided by KRS 81A.412 which permits annexation if an owner gives prior consent and require a majority of those voting to approve an annexation; amend KRS 81A.412 to conform; amend KRS 64.060 to delete references to town marshals, and repeal KRS 70.330 relating to town marshals.
