AN ACT relating to all-terrain vehicle use on areas designated by the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 150 to define all terrain vehicle; in counties where the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources has acquired ownership or lease of surface mined land in excess of one thousand acres, require the department to designate an area for the recreational use of all terrain vehicles; require the all terrain vehicle operators to acquire a permit from the department to use the area; limit the department's liability on the areas; allow the department to cite violations.
