AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
     Amend KRS 139.100 to identify prepaid telephone calling cards and prepaid authorization numbers as tangible personal property, and not telephonic communications services; amend KRS 139.160 to include prepaid telephone calling cards and prepaid authorization numbers in the definition of "tangible personal property".
