AN ACT relating to weight limits on highways.
     Amend KRS 189.010, relating to definitions governing traffic regulations, to define "gross vehicle weight" and to alphabetize definitions; amend KRS 189.222, relating to dimension and weight limits on highways, to establish the gross vehicle weight on Class "AAA," "AA," and "A" highways; delete provisions relating to axle weights; amend the following statutes to conform: KRS 189.221, relating to dimension and weight limits on highways; KRS 189.271, relating to special permits for hauling overdimensional\overweight industrial materials; KRS 189.2717, relating to annual overweight permits for transporting nondivisible loads; KRS 139.050, relating to definition of "gross receipts" for sales and use taxes; and KRS 189.110 unobstructed windshields.
