AN ACT relating to fences.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 256 relating to fences to require a person who damages a fence which could be holding livestock to notify the fence owner or occupant of the property or a neighbor and provide his name, address, and telephone number; allow a fine of up to $200 for violation
