AN ACT relating to motor vehicle insurance.
     Amend KRS 304.39-330 to mandate a reduction of motor vehicle insurance premiums by not less than ten percent (10%) as of August 1, 1998, from the rates in effect for each insurer immediately prior to August 1, 1998
