AN ACT relating to taxicab or limousine operators.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 281 to require that taxicab and limousine operators operating under taxicab permits or bus certificates; require that their drivers take at least 10 consequent hours off duty if the driver or chauffeur has been on duty 16 hours in the aggregate in any 24 hour period; penalty of Class B misdemeanor for violation.
