AN ACT relating to public school students.
     Amend KRS 158.120 to require that the parent, guardian, or the custodian of a pupil who attends school outside his resident district be charged a tuition unless the resident district finds it in its best interest for the pupil to be enrolled in another district or cannot make provisions for the pupil's education.
