AN ACT relating to motor fuel taxes.
     Amend KRS 138.344 and 138.358 to provide that dealers may claim a credit for special fuels delivered into a nonhighway use storage tank for fueling unlicensed vehicles or equipment for nonhighway purposes; EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 1998.
