AN ACT relating to motor vehicles.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 186A, relating to the registration and titling of motor vehicles, to require a motor vehicle dealer to obtain proof of motor vehicle insurance from a customer who buys or leases a car after the close of normal business hours for the county clerk's office or on a day when the county clerk's office is closed; amend KRS 190.071, relating to motor vehicle dealers, to conform.
