AN ACT relating to school employees' salaries and declaring an emergency.
Amend KRS 160.291 to clarify that local school districts are not required to pay on a twelve month basis for employees who work less than 12 months.
HB 97 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Restore original provisions related to the amount of salary payments; require a local board of education to pay an employee any remaining salary owed prior to the end of the fiscal year upon completion of the employee's responsibilities or duties, if so notified by the employee; EMERGENCY.
