Direct the LRC to conduct a study of single and multi-county agencies in the Commonwealth that are formed for various long range planning or development activities; require the LRC to identify these agencies and their legal status, review their services, and recommend that the state continue or cease funding to the agencies; require the report to be completed by August 30, 1999; require the report to be presented to the members of the General Assembly; appropriate $25,000 from the regular Commission budget to accomplish the study.
