Create the Kentucky Aquaculture Task Force; establish membership of the task force; require that a State Aquaculture Plan be developed by the task force; and require the task force to report to the Governor and to the Legislative Research Commission by September 1, 1999; and, APPROPRIATE $20,000 from the general fund to accomplish the study.
