AN ACT relating to sex offenders.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 17 to provide notice to a community when a sex offender resides in that community; provide for greater or lesser notice depending upon the dangerousness of the sex offender; require the Attorney General to promulgate regulations relating to community notification; provide for appointment of a notification advisory council.
