AN ACT relating to speed limits.
Amend KRS 189.390 to allow the secretary of transportation to set speed limits on fully controlled access highways not to exceed 65 miles per hour.

HFA (1, R. Palumbo) - Amend to include a new subsection (8) allowing cities, counties, or urban county governments to establish roads within their jurisdiction where speeding fines may be doubled.
