AN ACT relating to simulcasting in a geographic area containing more than one race track.
     Amend KRS 230.377 to restrict intertrack wagering and simulcasting for tracks in a geographic area within a 50 mile radius and containing more than one track to races of the same breed of horse each affected track is licensed to race; limit the number of licensed horse racing tracks to nine; amend KRS 230.3771 to conform.
