AN ACT relating to motor vehicles.
Amend KRS 186.1701, relating to special license plates for former prisoners of war, to authorize the county clerk to issue a handicapped parking decal that may be affixed to a former POW license plate granting former prisoner of war handicapped parking privileges.
SB 122 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, R. Leeper) - Delete all language in bill and replace with creation of a new section of KRS Chapter 186 to allow persons eligible for accessible parking registration plates who have been issued special plates to apply to the Transportation Cabinet by September 1 of the preceding registration year to have the special plate display the international symbol of access; keep fee the same as for special plate; specify parking privileges for plates issued shall be the same as granted by KRS 186.042.
