AN ACT relating to tobacco warehouses.
Amend sections of KRS 248 relating to tobacco warehouses to reduce the annual license fee paid by tobacco warehouses to $25 from $275; require compliance with the provisions of KRS 248.350 relating to warehouses' discriminating against any tobacco grower to be monitored by the Department of Agriculture with enforcement assistance from the Attorney General, rather than enforced by the Attorney General
