AN ACT relating to the method of payment for special license plates.
     Amend KRS 186.174, regarding personalized license plates, to eliminate the requirement that the annual fee for a personalized license plate be paid by certified check, cashier's check, or money order; amend KRS 186.177, regarding amateur radio license plates, to eliminate the requirement that the annual fee for a amateur radio license plate be paid by certified check, cashier's check, or money order.
