AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 439 to allow the Circuit Court in a county in which a Class D felon is incarcerated or the Circuit Court in the county in which the Class D felon was convicted to grant work release privileges; amend KRS 439.265, relating to shock probation, to comply.
