     Confirm Executive Order 96-1503 to create certain organizational units within the Department of Juvenile Justice, Justice Cabinet; transfer certain facilities to the Department of Juvenile Justice; transfer funding to the Department of Juvenile Justice; abolish the Divisions of Residential Services, Community Services, and Program Support Services within the Department of Juvenile Justice; abolish the Division of Youth Services within Justice Administration, Justice Cabinet.
