AN ACT relating to school employees.
Amend KRS 160.380 to permit in a small district the employment of a school principal's spouse in the principal's school.

HFA (1, D. Butler) - Provide that an employee of a local board may report a student for investigation to the director of pupil personnel, if an agreement has been entered into with local law enforcement officials; describe the components of procedures to be addressed in the agreement.
