AN ACT relating to planning and zoning and the procedure for amending zoning maps.
     Amend KRS 100.211(7) to allow 100 days for fiscal court or legislative body to take final action in matters of zoning map amendments, and if action not taken within that period, allow aggrieved person to seek mandamus to compel action with noncompliance subject to penalty in KRS 100.991; prohibit failure to act from being deemed approved; permit fiscal court or legislative body to take final action after 100 day period.
