AN ACT relating to the procurement of hearing officers by the Kentucky Personnel Board.
     Amend KRS 18A.095 to exempt the Personnel Board from the requirements of KRS 13B.030(2)(b), relating to administrative hearings, that an agency may employ or contract for hearing officers only if the Attorney General has first determined that his office cannot provide the needed hearing officers.
