AN ACT relating to District Courts.
     Amend KRS 24A.120 to increase civil jurisdiction of district court from $4,000 to $5,000; amend KRS 24A.230 to increase small claims jurisdiction of district court from $1,500 to $2,500; amend KRS 24A.290, relating to counter claims, to conform.
