AN ACT proposing amendments to Sections 170, 171, 172, 172A, 174, and 181 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to taxation.
     Propose to amend Section 170 of the Constitution of Kentucky to allow the General Assembly to exempt property from ad valorem taxation; propose to amend Section 171 of the Constitution of Kentucky to conform; propose to amend Section 172 of the Constitution of Kentucky to conform, and to allow the General Assembly to set the value at which property subject to ad valorem tax must be assessed; propose to amend Sections 172A, 174 and 181 to conform; provide for the submission of the proposed amendment to the voters.
