AN ACT relating to penalties for minors using false identification to purchase alcoholic beverages.
     Amend KRS 244.990, relating to penalties governing alcoholic beverages, to increase the penalty for a first attempt by a minor attempting to use a fraudulent i.d. to buy alcohol from a violation to a Class A misdemeanor.
