AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 514 to require restitution to the victim of a theft offense; create a new section of KRS Chapter 533 setting requirements for restitution, and amend KRS 533.020 and 533.030, relating to probation and conditional discharge, to conform.
