AN ACT relating to resignations of teachers.
     Amend KRS 161.780 to permit a teacher who resigns during the school year to withdraw the resignation within 10 days without penalty; permit the superintendent to reject or accept the resignation from the beginning of day 11 until the end of day 14 from the date the resignation was tendered.
