AN ACT relating to state purchasing set aside contracts.
     Amend KRS 45A.665, regarding state purchase contract set asides for small and small minority businesses, to include manufacturing businesses having a total employment not greater than 300 employees that is located in a qualified county as defined in KRS 154.22-010 (counties qualified for state financial assistance under the Kentucky Rural Economic Development program).
