SB 221 (BR 1803) - D. Boswell
AN ACT relating to riverport authorities.
Amend KRS 65.520 to grant the power to approve riverport authorities to the Transportation Cabinet, instead of the Economic Development Cabinet.
SB 221 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, D. Boswell) - Amend to replace "Office of Intermodal Planning" with "Office of the Secretary" as the approving body.
HFA (1, J. Haydon) - Amend to include a subsection (3) providing the Transportation Cabinet with oversight authority over riverports, specify duties of the cabinet in overseeing riverports.
HCA (1, J. Haydon) - Amend to include a subsection (3), establishing a Division of Riverports within the Transportation Cabinet's Office of the Secretary; specify duties of the Division.
